Carman Collegiate Graduation 2012 is on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Carman Community Hall.

The Hall Committee has set the decorating fee at $35 per graduate.  This fee can be paid to Kyla in the office.  Cheques can be made out to Carman Collegiate.

The Safe-Grad committee is ready for volunteers. It is expected that every parent of a grad sign up for a shift at the Safe Grad party.

The following list of tasks are available for volunteers...

• Prize Table
• Entertainment - Bouncy Toys/Poker Dealers/Crown & Anchor
• Food
• Set-up and Clean-up

The students have chosen to fundraise for prizes for the Safe Grad party. If you, as parents, would like to approach your place of work for donations of money or prizes, please do so. All donations will be gratefully accepted. The balance of the prizes will be from the money raised by the class of 2012. If you have donations for prizes, please forward them to one of the Safe Grad Co-Chairs.

Our first official graduation meeting took take place on Wednesday, February 15 in the Carman Collegiate theatre.  Approximately 40 families attended this meeting.    Attached are the minutes of that meeting:
