The Middle Years Assessment Policy defines key competencies in which schools must assess student achievement.  Schools will report the results of the 2009 / 2010 assessemtn to parents / guardians adn to Manitoba Education, Citizenship adn Youth in the early months of 2010.  Middle years Assessment key competencies include Mathematics, Reading Comprehension, Expository Writing, and Student Engagement.  Please view the attachment for more information.
